“COL DE SPÉE” (1688M) FROM LOCALITY “LA JODE”

A beautiful hike to the “Col de Spée” on Wednesday, August 19.
On this occasion, the familly was visiting the “Plateau des Glières” located in the Massif des Bornes Haute Savoie. It was a beautiful afternoon for hiking after enjoying delicious local dishes in a very good alpine restaurant.
“Chez Regina” is a restaurant that I highly recommend; the restaurant uses local and seasonal produce and has great staff who extend a warm welcome. They also make and sell farm reblochons. Also available are à la carte menus including Alpage and trout, all freshly fished from their nice pool located on the terrace.
